1) Make sure your speakers are plugged in and turned on.

2) Make sure the sound setting in Windows is on maximum.

Turn up the volume to the maximum and untick the mute box: as shown ==>

3) Make sure you have the Flash player PLUGIN: you should see the followingwhen you click on a sentence.
